Don and Paul were introduced by mutual friends on a sailing trip across Lake Washington. A champagne toast under the open sky turned into an evening spent stargazing, and by the next day, Paul had asked Don on their first official date. They’ve been side by side ever since.

During a Christmas trip to Whistler, they got engaged while snow was gently falling—a perfect, wintry backdrop for the next chapter of their story.

Together, they’ve made their home in Seattle, but when it came time to choose a wedding location, it felt only right to return to Don’s hometown of New Orleans. A city as full of life, music, and joy as the love they’ve built together.
